Another year, another successful pass of our ISO 9001:2015 Audit.
Smoke & Fire Curtains Ltd are delighted to announce we have successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Audit.
This was a great team effort from everyone, and a huge “Thank You” to our Operations Director, Mr Dean James, who joined our team earlier this year. Dean has worked extremely hard within our organisation to get the Production Audit processes in order and in line with the ISO process.
We will always continue to better ourselves throughout our processes, but our focus will continue to be on meeting our customers’ expectations and delivering on customer satisfaction.
